Every now and again someone comes along who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk as well. Reed Grafke is a man who walks the walk. Reed is a well-known entrepreneur, and highly sought-after advisor. His business ventures cover large corporations as well as non-profits and charitable organizations.

Currently, Reed works for Halek Energy as VP of Marketing. In addition to his post at Halek, Reed oversees the real estate company, Ascent Development; the consulting and management company, OneStep Inc.; and the non-profit, Team Kairos Foundation.

Reed Grafke’s real passion lies in facilitating charity-motivated businesses that help others and influence society in a positive way. Reed uses his far-reaching background in business management, and non-profit administration, to influence society, as well as individuals.

Mr. Grafke uses his skills as an international businessman, and as a minister, to teach, train and mentor individuals from a variety of different cultures all over the world. His charity work has led him to audiences with Presidents, Premieres, and Prime Ministers, and he has been asked to speak at conferences and seminars in many places around the globe.

Reed lives in Southlake, Texas with his wife, Monette, who is a corporate pilot for Jet Direct and also does charity work with special needs children. The Grafkes serve as leaders for their local church, and also serve on the boards of several non-profit business ventures and charities. The Grafkes live by their core values: Generosity, excellence and integrity. They do whatever they can to emphasize those values in all aspects of the organizations they belong to, and the work they do. While they value generous living above all else, Reed and Monette enjoy leisure activities like scuba diving, fishing, hunting, and flying.
